Report from scene of Palestinian homes besieged by settlers

Israeli settlers have besieged Palestinian families in their homes in the occupied West Bank, cutting off their water and electricity. Al Jazeera’s Nida Ibrahim spoke to a resident whose family members are surrounded in a house in Qusra village.
