Qatar says Israel hasn’t responded to Gaza ceasefire proposal

Qatar says Israel hasn’t responded to a Gaza ceasefire proposal which has already been agreed to by Hamas, despite Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying last week that he was pushing for ‘immediate negotiations’.
