Israel launches several air strikes on southern and eastern Lebanon

The Israeli military has launched a series of strikes on southern and eastern Lebanon, saying it targeted training and weapons sites used by Hezbollah. Despite a ceasefire since last year, Israel has carried out near-daily strikes on the country.
