Video shows the moment a bridge is swept away by floodwaters in Vietnam

A surge of flooding is overwhelming parts of south-central Vietnam, with a bridge connecting two villages falling apart from the pressure of the deluge. Officials say at least 16 people have been killed from rains, floods and landslides since the weekend.
